Aspirational Sharing
I’ve decided to start sharing the blogs and sites that I find both amazing & intimidating. I aspire to be as cool and creative, but for now, let’s just consider this a tip of the virtual hat …. Huzzah Ladies!
You should know that I have never actually met any of these incredible women, but if I ever did, I think that we'd be fast friends. If you like what we're doing at Read it Again, I think you'll also enjoy each the wonderful sites I feature in this space.
I LOVE the huge (28” x 40”) read aloud posters this site sells! The illustrations are simply beautiful and the wide variety of educational opportunities within each poster provide you with weeks of interactions for your kids as you read the novel aloud.
Don't be fooled, these are not simply large coloring sheets. Each poster has specially-designed spaces to complete together, such as: character portraits, vocabulary builders, illustrated story maps, and story timelines.
I used these posters when I was still in the classroom. The kids loved them and I loved that they were learning while doing something creative.
